Legalizing homosexuality is the death blow to our culture which is already hit by the bad western influence by media and net exposure.By scrapping the section 377 IPC the government wants to appease the upper middle class who are traditionally BJP vote banks. All this is a dangerous game for votes .

Hemant, Gov has not scrapped 377 but it has decriminalized homosexuals relations.

It’s true that government has not scrapped the section 377 of IPC but they are bound by the high court’s decision. Even the supreme court has rejected the petition challenging the high court’s decision. In fact government’s stand on this very important issue is not very clear.
